As part of our recent investment we have installed interactive televisions in all our bedrooms. From the comfort of their bedroom guests are able
to access hotel services, information and restaurant menus. World news and world radio in many different languages and a music library are also
available with the touch of a button.
Guests can also order a wide range of food & refreshments, request a taxi or a leisurely late checkout via the guest services menu and our guest service agents can communicate instant messages and information to all guests or personal messages individually.
This system allows us to instantly communicate and update hotel information, menus & services without endless printing and wastage of paper. The system helps part of our sustainability promise which is to reduce paper usage and waste.
Our priority is guest comfort and satisfaction and we believe that this interactive system enhances every guest's stay.
